The Details
The Challenge
Visitors were landing on the Squarespace site and not finding the information they needed, leading many to message or email with questions the site itself should have been answering. That gap was costing bookings: conversions were low, and the client wanted to grow traffic on top of fixing what wasn't converting.
Our Approach
We migrated the site from Squarespace to Webflow with a custom design built around the questions visitors were actually asking, restructuring content and UX/UI so answers were easy to find without contacting the studio directly, and adding clearer paths to booking throughout.
The Results
In the 30 days after launch, active users were up 40% and new users up 41%, with engagement events rising 47% — visitors are finding their way around the new site, staying longer, and doing more once they're there.
